A Sutra ( A Societal for Urban, Tribal & Rural Advancement ) is always budding, young voluntary & self funding Non Governmental Organization, registered as a Society by Registrar of Societies with registration number S/1L/71363 on the date of 08-06-2010.in Kharagpur West Bengal with Unique Registration ID : 'WB/2014/0073094' .
